Renewal Education for Foreign Radiation Workers

All faculties and students, who renew your license for radiation work, need to take this renewal education course before starting of the next fiscal year. From this year, the renewal education is carried out by e-Learning on Moodle of Okayama University.

How to attend:

1. Access Moodle page ( https://moodle.el.okayama-u.ac.jp/?lang=en )

2. Log in the page with your university ID*

3. Choose the renewal course (2020-fiscal Year-Renewal Education for Radiation Workers)

4. When you do not find the course, you search with “renewal”

5. You must attend the course as student by self enrolment.

6. You must attend the course until March 19, 2021**

7. Please obtain the badge to finish the course.

The contents of the education and training are below:

1. Biological effect of ionizing radiation on human body

2. Safe handling of radioisotopes and radiation generator

3. Laws and local rule for radiation protection

Note:

1. After all video watching and quiz answering, you finish the course.

2. *You log in the page with not your university ID, your attendance

cannot be confirmed.

3. **You need your certification for radiation working out of university,

you attend as soon as possible regardless the limit mentioned above.

4. This course opens to all university member.
